By registering and using the app and services of Dono da Oficina, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the system.
The Dono da Oficina is software as a service (SaaS) for auto repair shops, auto centers, and automotive service centers. Depending on the plan, the platform brings together digital Service Orders, inventory, financial management, calendar, WhatsApp, NFS-e/NF-e issuance subject to each company's coverage and authorization, the Customer Portal, Accountant Portal, Dona assistant, and an inter-shop catalog.
You must create an account with valid, up-to-date information to use the system. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity that takes place in your account. Accounts suspected of fraud or misuse may be suspended with notice, except when there is an imminent risk to platform security or third parties.
In compliance with the Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 7 (seven) calendar days starting from the signing date. To exercise this right, cancel your plan in the system and request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Receipt of the request will be confirmed immediately, and the full amount paid will be refunded promptly, with monetary adjustment, using the same payment method. When a card or financial institution is involved, the cancellation or reversal request will be sent immediately, without limiting the operational time the institution needs to reflect the credit.
You agree not to use the system for illegal purposes, spam, abuse through the WhatsApp API, attempts to access servers, or reverse engineering. Misuse will result in immediate termination of your service agreement.
WhatsApp automation activation and use are also subject to WhatsApp Integration Rules, which explains privacy, security, available technologies, prohibited uses, and the division of responsibilities between the workshop and Dono da Oficina.
The Dono da Oficina makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and functional using third-party technology infrastructure. The platform is not responsible for losses caused solely by the user’s connection failure, use contrary to instructions, an act solely by a third party, or force majeure, provided there is no service defect or contribution attributable to the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived by law, including those under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code and LGPD, where applicable. Damage proven to have been caused by a service defect will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
The Dono da Oficina was created and is developed by people who also own an auto repair shop. This hands-on experience guides continuous product improvement and keeps an open channel for listening to users.
Submitting an idea alone does not require its implementation and grants no exclusivity, compensation, or ownership rights to the feature. These rules are intended to let real workshop needs contribute to the system’s sustainable and useful improvement.
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be announced through the system or by email before taking effect. If a change requires renewed consent, use of the service subject to that change will require new acceptance. Previously acquired rights and mandatory legal requirements remain protected.
