WhatsApp Integration Rules

Back to website

Privacy Summary: Dono da Oficina does not provide an inbox for reading conversations, import history, access groups, or keep a persistent copy of message content. The integration is used only to transmit automations requested by the workshop itself.

Minimum technical data, such as connection status, send identifiers, date, time, delivery, and error, may be processed as long as needed to operate, protect, and verify the service.

1. Provider, Scope, and Acceptance

These rules form part of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and LGPD of the Dono da Oficina, a service offered by 67.602.865 KRYSTIANO INACIO FERREIRA, CNPJ 67.602.865/0001-07, with a business address at Rua Alfredo Merlo, 104, Rio Marinho, Vila Velha/ES, postal code 29112-360.

When activating or using the integration, the account holder declares that they have authority over the connected number, accepts these rules, and agrees to guide their authorized users. If you do not agree, you should not activate the integration.

2. Available Integrations

Evolution API GO is a third-party technical solution. Dono da Oficina is not WhatsApp, does not represent Meta, and does not claim Meta’s partnership, endorsement, or guarantee for this feature. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Purpose and operation

The integration exists exclusively for operational automations related to workshop activity, such as work order, estimate, approval, schedule, vehicle pickup, reminders, and other communications configured in the system. It does not turn Dono da Oficina into a customer-service app or a mirror of WhatsApp.

The workshop connects a number it controls and chooses which events may trigger messages. Required content is forwarded temporarily through the integration infrastructure to the destination service. The recipient gets the message on WhatsApp and may keep it on their own device or account under that service’s rules.

4. What Dono da Oficina Does Not Do

These limitations do not prevent essential temporary technical processing for transmission or minimal content-free technical logs for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and proof of delivery.

5. Technical Data, Credentials, and Retention

To maintain the connection, the system may process the linked phone number, instance and session identifiers, tokens or technical credentials, connection status, recipient, date and time, message ID, delivery confirmation, and error codes. API credentials and components remain in a segregated environment, not exposed to the public, with access restricted to necessary technical routines.

Dono da Oficina does not retain message content as a history. Technical records are retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Meta, WhatsApp, Evolution API GO, infrastructure providers, the workshop’s device, and the recipient may process data independently under their own policies and settings.

6. data protection roles under LGPD

A the shop is the data controller of their customers’ and recipients’ data: it decides who will receive the message, why, what content it will contain, and when it will be sent. The Dono da Oficina generally acts as a processor. when running this automation according to the workshop’s instructions.

The shop must establish a valid legal basis, follow the principles of purpose, suitability, necessity, and transparency, provide privacy notices, and honor data-subject rights. Dono da Oficina will provide technically feasible assistance for requests related to processing carried out on the shop’s behalf.

7. Workshop obligations

By using the integration, the shop agrees to:

8. Prohibited Uses

Use of the integration is prohibited for:

9. WhatsApp Rules and Restriction Risk

WhatsApp and Meta define and update their own policies, limits, templates, service windows, quality criteria, and enforcement mechanisms. They may reject messages, limit volume, require approved templates, disconnect sessions, or suspend numbers and accounts.

The workshop is responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to its use. The integration does not guarantee delivery, approval, continuous availability, or immunity from blocks. Dono da Oficina is not responsible for actions caused solely by user conduct, policy violations, WhatsApp/Meta decisions, or third-party failures, without limiting liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Official references can be found at the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and on the WhatsApp Business Terms.

10. Security and restricted environment

The integration infrastructure is maintained in a separate environment protected by network and access controls. Risk-based measures are used to restrict credential access, prevent public exposure, and minimize data collection and retention.

No system is completely immune to failures or incidents. If an event may create a significant risk or harm, containment, investigation, and notices will follow the LGPD and ANPD regulations.

11. Availability and Critical Communications

Operation depends on internet access, the device, phone number, active session, third-party infrastructure, and WhatsApp rules. Updates or outages may temporarily interrupt the service. The workshop must keep an alternative channel for urgent communication and should not rely on automation as the sole method for emergencies, safety issues, legal deadlines, or situations requiring human confirmation.

12. Abuse Prevention and Suspension

Without reading conversation content, Dono da Oficina may analyze technical abuse signals such as volume, frequency, failures, reports, or unusual patterns. In cases of risk, prohibited use, or a request from a third party or authority, the integration may be restricted, suspended, or disconnected. Notice will be given when possible, except in a security emergency, legal restriction, or risk of harm.

13. Disconnection and Termination

The workshop can disconnect the integration through available settings or request help from support. After termination, session credentials will no longer be used and will be deleted according to the applicable technical lifecycle, subject to temporary backups, minimum security logs, and legal obligations. Because Dono da Oficina does not persist message history, there is no conversation inbox to export or delete.

14. Official Meta integration

Approval of the official integration does not promise a launch date. If enabled, additional acceptance, business registration, verification, message templates, service windows, category-based charges, limits, and rules set by Meta may apply. Material changes will be shared before they affect the workshop’s choices or operations.

15. Updates, Contact, and Legal Precedence

These rules may be updated due to legal, technical, operational, or third-party policy changes. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately and, when required, will be subject to renewed acceptance.

Questions, privacy requests, or security notices may be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Defense Code, LGPD, or other applicable rules.
