If the shop also trades vehicles, the Vehicle Buying and Selling module brings together intake, preparation costs, sale, and the result of each transaction. Available on the Ultra and Network plans and connected to the operation's financial management.
From purchase to delivery
- Record intake as a direct purchase, consignment, or transfer, and identify the vehicle and its source.
- Track documents, photos, and preparation costs, including services related to the transaction.
- Record the buyer, price, discount, and any vehicle received in trade.
- Track payments, balance, delivery, and results by vehicle.
Incoming and outgoing invoices
Incoming and outgoing invoice requests remain linked to the transaction. Issuance through the app depends on the issuance type, supported tax transaction, applicable rules, state, and the company's own authorization. Production NF-e availability is limited to Espírito Santo (ES).
When an incoming invoice was issued by the supplier or outside the system, the module lets you record the corresponding document. This is not the same as issuing a new invoice. Transfers, RENAVE, and financing are handled outside the app.
Vehicle lookup and results
License plate lookup supports record creation. Full vehicle lookup uses prepaid credits separate from the plan's license plate allowance and shows the information available from the provider. Check coverage before purchase.
The result reflects the recorded purchase amounts, costs, and revenue. Use this view to review the transaction; it does not replace legal analysis, physical inspection, or an independent vehicle valuation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the system handle transfers and RENAVE?
No. The module records the transaction and its documents. Transfers, RENAVE procedures, and financing are handled outside Dono da Oficina.
Can every purchase or sale be invoiced through the app?
No. Issuance requires the transaction to be classified correctly, applicable rules and coverage, and issuer authorization. Production NF-e is limited to Espírito Santo (ES); a button or record does not waive these requirements.
