Dono da Oficina's tax features use service data and keep each document linked to its source transaction. Availability depends on the invoice type, plan, and company's authorization. Completing tax information in a record does not mean you are ready to issue invoices.

Which documents are available?

  • National NFS-e: services from a Service Order or standalone service, subject to coverage and the issuer's authorization.
  • Model 55 NF-e: supported products and transactions, with production available in Espírito Santo and authorization required for each company.
  • Model 65 NFC-e and municipal issuance outside the national standard are still unavailable.

What needs to be ready?

  1. Choose the issuing company and check its records and transaction data.
  2. Configure a valid A1 certificate that matches the CNPJ.
  3. Confirm tax rules with guidance from your accountant and complete the authorization required for each issuance type.
  4. Check document readiness and details before issuing. Review the result and the authorized document.

Service Order, standalone, and automatic issuance

Services and products may require different documents. A Service Order can include an NFS-e for services and an NF-e for parts when both issuance types are available. Standalone NFS-e and issuance settings after the Service Order is paid are also available.

The Accountant Portal provides separate access for review and configuration. The repair shop remains responsible for tax information and decisions. Authorizing one company does not automatically authorize another CNPJ or another state.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the system issue NF-e throughout Brazil?

No. The NF-e connector is available in production only in Espírito Santo (ES), subject to each issuer's own authorization. A testing environment is not commercial production issuance.

Which plan includes tax features?

Starting with Professional, including Ultra and Network, according to the current catalog. The plan does not waive certificate, coverage, tax rules, or authorization requirements.
